Terms of service

Aurora Melody is a music-creation app and plugin made by Aurora Labs AI. These terms apply when you create an account, buy a plan or add-on, or use Aurora Melody. By doing any of those, you agree to them.

You need an account with a verified email address to buy and activate Aurora Melody. Keep your sign-in details private — activity on your account is treated as yours. Give us accurate information and keep your email reachable, since license and billing messages go there.

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, applicable taxes, and invoices; their checkout terms apply to the transaction itself.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

For refund requests, email support@auroramelody.shop — we handle them case by case in line with applicable consumer law.

A paid plan gives you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use Aurora Melody on the number of devices your plan allows. AI model packs are licensed content tied to your account, delivered through the app.

You may not share, resell, or sublicense your license key, bypass or attempt to bypass license checks, or decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its AI models. Doing so can lead to suspension of the license or account.

The music you create with Aurora Melody is yours. You can use the MIDI you export in your own projects and releases, including commercial ones.

Don't use Aurora Melody to break the law, interfere with the service, probe or attack our systems, or automate access outside the app's normal operation.

Aurora may suspend an account or block a device when these terms are violated or when activity puts the service or other customers at risk. If you believe a suspension is a mistake, contact support@auroramelody.shop and we'll review it.

We work to keep Aurora Melody reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll post the update here and note the date above. Continuing to use Aurora Melody after a change means you accept the updated terms.
